40 Day Meditation

Yogic science confirms that it takes 40 days to fully develop a habit. So, there is a challenge that encourages you to choose a mantra that would be most helpful in your life currently. It might require some soul searching.

  • Maybe it is one that I have posted and described...or you can research and find another. I will continue to post new mantras if you would like to wait to see those.
Now, that mantra is to be repeated 108 times. It sounds that would take a long time, but it doesn't take as long as you think, depending on your chosen mantra.

A Mala necklace, which is an Eastern rosary used for mantras, chants, and prayers, has 108 beads so it makes this a lot easier. These necklaces can be easy to find. Easy Shop has some neat malas beads. They are a bit pricey but I'm sure you can find some elsewhere for cheaper.

If you miss a day you have to start the 40 days over again. Doing this could be very beneficial to your lifestyle and even mindset overall. It can also just give you time out of your busy schedule during the day to just relax and breathe.

Om Gum Ganapataye Namah

This mantra removes all evil and obstacles that prevent you from reaching your goals.

I personally used this mantra for a while and it really seemed to effect my life little events at a time.

This site explains it better than i can: Humanity Healing Network .. check it out!
